Don't be fooled when you go to some bars, and it's buy one get one free, i was out with the lads last week and we went to one bar and it was bogof, they foregot to say that 1 bottle of bud was £3.90 but other bars were charging £2.00 per bottle.
So in other words you get 2 just under the normal price, bogof is just a con regarding drinks.
