Hi guys,
Looking for some help.
Current arrangement: detached two story house, oil fired boiler in the garage. 12 radiators, 10 of which have control valves on them, two which don't. Hot water tank upstairs in the hotpress. Two thermostats on the wall, one upstairs and one downstairs (in the zones where the radiators don't have control valves.
Problem: recenty the hot water is getting extreamly hot (scalding almost). And when the time clock is 'off-red lights are out for heating' the radiators are still hot (scalding too). Also...when I go out to the garage the boiler still seems to be running. It's like it's independent of the time clock. Now we have to turn it off/on at the button with 'heating on it' - see pictures. We have tired turning the temperature down on both the hot water tank and the boiler - no change.
Thanks in advance!
