Boiler conundrum

I have a Potterton 80e Puma boiler installed in my flat which was installed during the construction of the building in the 90's. The boiler is configured in the normal way except it is also plumbed into a Myson Kickspace 500 Duo Hydro-Electric Fan Convector located immediately above the kitchen floor.

I would like to remove this fan and was wondering if you had any idea whether I should connect the inlet and outlet together once the fan has been removed to complete a loop or alternatively if I should simply blank the ends of the copper pipes which are connected into the fan?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
