Boiler flue regs

I recently had a new boiler fitted but then installed a extactor fan from the down stairs wc but I think it's too close to the flue outlet ? As it's powered ventilation what are the regs? [/list]

Check the boiler installation instructions for flueing clearances. Usually 300mm though
