Boiler Flue

customer wants the boiler installed in the kitchen. the only place the boiler can be sited leads to a situation where the clearance from an opening window on one side and a door on the other side is only 250mm each side.

Is there a boiler out there, other than Keston that uses twin flue system?

Some boilers do have a twin flue system listed in the makers information.

But rarely stocked or even imported into the UK.

An alternative is to argue the case for a plume management system complying with the makers requirements. Like ask them in writing!

You can do this with Worcester Bosch, Viessmann and Vaillant, there are reduced clearances needed for them if you use Plume Management for the POC outlet.

Other manufacturers also offer systems but I don't bother installing anyone other than the above for domestic gas.

Atmos use a Twin Flue system.
