boiler heats water to tank

my boiler heats the water to the hot water tank but not to the rads also the back boiler keeps going out has anyone got any info tne fire boiler is a myson windsor

Room stat faulty or turned down, Pump dry stuck or nacked, air lock in heating circuit, motorised valve faulty, system needs filling, take your pick.
Boiler needs service, new T/couple, gas valve, pcb, take your pick.

i have checked stat the pump seems tobe running the pipes to or from the pump are only luke warm the fire/boiler has been serviced

Does the pump run when you only ask for hot water? If so then it's a fully pumped system and so there will be a motorized valve or valves somewhere. Follow the pipework from the boiler to the pump and beyond and see what you find. It could be a valve failing to open properly.
