can anybody advise me regarding my doubt????
i have been one property to issu the landlord gas safety certificate
one cooker -that is fine
boiler- turbo max plus 828e

the burner pressure-10 mbar
the working pressure at the boiler-13 mbar
the working pressure at meter is -16 mbar

i said the customer that the gas pressure -working pressure is low so u need to upgrade the gas line
the customer said
"why ?? the burner pressure is 10 mbar so that is fine and also if that boiler is not producing CO beyond the range >250 ppm
that is fine
this is their point of view.........

we study the working pressure at meter 21 + or -
and in the appliance not less than one

can anybody explain me and advise me ?????????????

yes you should not be issuing a gas safety record unless you are a RGI and if you are then you should be asking this in the Combustion chamber and not on here, same with your question about cooker stability chains, I will not be at all surprised if you do pop up in the CC asking questions like this , just goes to show how bad this industry has become

Very disapointing that anyone can apparently go through the gas training and still not know even the basics.

Its not unusual either!

His customer seems to know more than he does!
