Boiler keeps going out

Hi just wondering if anyone can explain possible reasons for my problem:
I have just bought a house with a a Ravenheat Whitestar boiler that does need a service.
i have constant pressure but it stops igniting when the heating is on after a while and I have to go and switch it on & off again to light. It seems to be getting worse. What's the problem?

I would check the ch thermistor first.

this is probably not what you want to hear, but unfortunately your make is notorious for cowboy installers so you should expect various things wrong.
best thing to do is to find a good local installer and get him to check the whole system over.
will save you a lot of hassle and cost in the long run.
