Boiler kettling -plumbing

I have a Potterton Housewarmer backboiler being fed through a C45 cylinder via an Albion satellite unit. Severe keetling noise from boiler when lit. This was installed about 4yrs ago.
Anyone got any suggestions on how I can reduce the racket other than by using noise reducing additive??

Only other way is to power flush the whole system , again using chemicals.

If you'd had inhibitor in the system and there are no system design faults it wouldn't have developed in 4 years.
