Boiler location

Hello all
I am getting my house rewired very soon so I can move in.
I am planning on getting the boiler moved in the future so I will get the boiler electric point in the new location and a temp cable installed to the old location.

So is there a restriction on where a boiler can be placed someone mentioned that that a flu has to be a certain distance from a window is this correct

Yes, the flue has to be a certain distance from any opening into the property, this is normally given in the installation instructions
