Hi we are going to fit out a house that has no central heating installed. Due to plans of house and space does anyone have an idea if you are allowed to fit a boiler in bathroom providing you have external wall for flue ?
It depends on the IP rating of the appliance. You need to check the manufacturers instructions to see whether it can be fitted but there are plenty that can be.
You don't necessarily need an outside wall.
Boiler location comes into zones in the bathroom as to where it can be fitted and as stated above also depends on the IP rating
