boiler locksout !

HI , i have a powermax 155 & my boiler has recently give up the ghost, i would switch it on and it would click for about 30 seconds then lockout, its got no gauge on the front and no filling loop. then i took off the front panel and saw a moving part, a bit like a fan, i spun it round then the boiler fired up, it wont relight by itself.

Any suggestions? Thanks Tim.

yes keep your fingers out,complicated boiler needs trained engineer.
