Boiler making a squealing noise when hot tap runs - Video

Hi everyone,

My 2.5 year old Baxi Main Eco 25 boiler has suddenly started to make a loud squealing noise when the hot taps are run upstairs, downstairs seem fine.

The boiler is located downstairs, about 2 meters from the downstairs tap and about 2 meters from the upstairs taps.

Pressure seems ok and the water is getting hot in the normal time.

Does anyone know what this noise could be?
