hi, i've just topped up with my gas card. on the meter i have just over £14.00. the boiler has refused to kick in and there is no pilot light on. i read the instructions on the boiler and turned the knob to number 4 but still no ignition or pilot light. the boiler is a potterton netaheat. would appreciate a bit of advice please. thanks. mark
