after cleaning out my oil filter ( which was badly clogged ) my boiler run for another week Ok. now it cuts out shortly after starting ? could it be that there is dirt in the nozzle which blocks it ? i have checked air intake, flue, fan, oil delivery even cleaned the fire box. but no luck !

Does the flame light? or does it run for 12 to 20 seconds and then stop?
Could be the solenoid coil. Take it off and put a screwdriver down the hole while you try to start it. If it works you'll feel a vibration on the screwdriver.
