Hi all

I have an old water heater high up on the kitchen wall.

I will be swapping it out for a glow worm boiler betacom 4 i think.

Can i position the boiler lower down the wall so it is more servicable, but retain the outlet hole.

The boiler will a slightly adapted flue which travels higher upwards and then breaks into a 90 degree bend and out the wall.

Are these extensions common for combis, or do you have to have the boiler position near to the hole in the wall ?

Thinking about it, can i use the 1m of flue i will get in the kit and the cut down bit i will use for the upwards leg ?
