boiler pressure

i have a baxi combi boiler and cant get pressure down from just under 3 bar i have tried bleeding the rad removing 1.5 bucket of water pressure guage will reduce to just over 2 bar and then creep back up any ideas to what the prod could be thanks

Leakage from mains, probably through filling loop. Disconnect loop hose to see if water is flowing.

thanks chrishut do you think it a good idea to activate pressure release on boiler and see if pressure creeps up before replacing fill loop
