Boiler problem or pump or something else?

hello all
Have a prb with radiators not warming up......
Boiler is a Baxi solo 3 it ignites and stays on then cuts off, water gets v. hot but radiatorss refuse to warm up! Pump (WSP Gold) is hot to touch. what do I do? Have vented it according to instructions but alas no avail

Does the pump rotate? Check by removing the screw in the back. You can free the shaft using a screwdriver.

Thank you for your help, bit scared to fiddle too much, no avail will send for godly heating engineer in the morn!
