Boiler problem

I've got a halstead hero boiler & i can't get it to stay on.
I noticed earlier that the water & radiators weren't heating up.
When i checked the panel the LOCK OUT light was on ????
I reset it & after about 10 tries the burner lit & seemed to start, after about a minute it went off & i reset again & started but again after a minute or so it went off. Since then i haven't been able to start it up again.
The pipes at the back of the boiler are hot but nothing else seems to be working.
No idea if it's anything to do with it but i had to bleed one of the radiators yesterday as it wasn't heating up.
Any advice would be much appreciated
