Boiler problems- please help!!

HI can anyone help? I have a BIASI M90F.24S combi boiler, and it is one year old. I have no hot water or heating at all. When i put hot tap on, pump starts running, burner ignites, but only stays on for 10 seconds or so, then goes out!

So i have hot water for about 3 seconds! Boiler does exactly the same when heating is switched on!

Please help coz i am freezing!

does the fan run ?

i am not sure, i can hear something running, soundslike it could be a fan, is it worth me taking the cover off and having a look? I have no experience with boilers at all

well its either the fan or the pump if its the pump as your post then the fan isnt if its the fan i need to start thinking

thanks for your help, if i take the cover off, will i be able to see the fan running or not?

You will hear the fan if you're outside.
Can't remember if there's a system pressure switch or not. What does the pressure gauge say?

probably not familiar with the make but they all work the same
