boiler problems!!

hi all,
my pump(myson unit three) used to make a thud when switching the heating on.. now no thud at all just a slight ticking but also no heating!! also the pilot(under the fire) isn't on and not sure how to reignite?? boiler it honeywell t70 and divertor is honeywell h 8326.
any idea's out there??

neither do carlsberg... it has a honeywell t70 on the front of it??

Honeywell don't make boilers mate they only make controls such as gas valves , programmers and thermostats, room and cylinder stats amongst the most common.

You boiler will be the 'big white box' on the floor or on the wall somewhere in your house and it will have a manufacturers name and model on it but it won't be Honeywell.

I think the OP is confusing 'boiler' with 'cylinder' as a lot of people do.

tonybhoy, my dads a massive celtic fan(from dumbarton) so i'd expect alot more help than that?? ur as bad as kev!! ok so the boiler isn't honeywell, it must be a valve or something on the front.. but can anyone help with my heating problems??

Would love to help you mate regardless of your football afiliations but my physic powers are waning somewhat these days, the cost of crystal balls are extortionate in these post credit crunch times we are now living in so perhaps you could post exactly what it says on the tin of the 'big white box' so we can try to help Even better, a picture tells a thousand words?
