I think we have our problem with our boiler - an Alpha 240e combi.
When it first fires up when we put the heating on it's fine, but after a while when its kicking in to maintain the heat it keeps repeatedly firing and shutting off before eventually working ok until the next time the thermostat calls it back on.
When this happens the gas will be burning for say 3-10 seconds then shut off, then do the same 3 or 4 times before working as normal. Not sure how long it's been doing this, I noticed it a week ago.
Any ideas??
