Boiler replacement

Morning all,
Our existing GlowWorm hideway is not very efficient and needs replacing. I thought to replace the boiler with a Pott. Promax FSB 30.

1) Should I conside replacing other parts of the system e.g. pumps.
2) Floor standing versus wall mounting any advantages either way?

1.room thermostat
2.thermostatic radiator valve
3.cylinder thermostat
4.few drain points at the lowest points
