I have a Worcester Greenstar 40cdi - conventional open vented system, with an automatic bypass valve. My system layout was H shaped and pulled in quite a lot of air as I have a 15/60 pump. Today I have had an Aerjec de-aerator put in and the pipes 'tied'. Pump over run is wired in and goes on for about 5 minutes after boiler switch off.
I have noticed that after it has been switched off the temperature of the boiler remains at about 49-50 degrees for several hours and wondered whether it is ok to have water of this temperature sitting in the boiler.
Would be grateful for opinions.
Thanks
