My boiler timer is not working and I am looking at the cheapest way of fixing it
I have a Worcrster Bosch Greenstar boiler- not a combi
The timer is an old fashioned type- it has the red and blue clock type dials which control the central heating and hot water
The clock that controls this mechanism is stuck on 1am- so the boiler never comes on
I am getting round it at the moment by leaving the water on constant. The heating is on constant and I control it by turning up the thermostat when I need heat and down when I don't- not ideal and I would guess not very economical.
Is there any way of replacing/repairing the clock, or am I going to need to replace the whole timer?
