Would it be ok to run the earth bonding from the pull switch...down the wall behind capping and tiling...to under the bath where ALL heating and water pipework comes out of the wall from the cylinder in the adjoining bedroom where the airing cupboard is sited? This is also the wall where the new electric shower will be sited...coming directly thru the wall from the airing cupboard.
OR...will I have to run bonding to other appliances?

rather than bury the cable behind the capping and tiling, you might be able to run it inside the airing cupboard, easy if the ceiling of the airing cupboard is the loft.

If the airing cupboard abuts the bathroom you can bond to the pipes in there.

Great!!! hadnt thought of that...its directly behind the bathroom wall and the pull switch is only 3" from the wall, so an easier job. More sensible and less work...just how i like it ;)
