Hello
Literally just had my roof felt & battens replaced. When they started removing tiles they realised the tiles were stretched causing the leaks in the beginning. I live in a old terraced property with clay double Roman tiles. To over come the stretched gauging which both neighbours also have they fitted a bonding gutter so the battens and tiles could be correctly fitted. Are the tiles that meet the bonding gutter meant to be pointed in? I read conflicting stories. It's just these tiles are not pointed in. Thanks
