I'm planning a re roof and need advice on the installation of a bonding gutter.
The roof tiles are double roman and all the same type accross the terrace.
The problem is that when the house was built in 1939 and I presume all the roofers in town had gone to fight ze Germans as the gauge leaves a 1/4 tile short course at the ridge.
As I like people to think I've done a good job I would like to gauge the roof correctly which will require the use of a bonding/secret gutter the problem is that I have never installed one.
Can anyone offer any advice on the best type to use and the method of installation.
I have checked out data sheets and installation guides but cant decide weather to go with a dry fix or bed on mortar or mastic.
Thanks in advance for any advice
Paul
