Bonding in the bathroom.

Hello,

When Bonding is carried out within the bathroom is the bonding

conductor then connected into the earthing terminal of a lighting

circuit, or ran separately back to the cu ?


Also is there a particular sealant used for sealing around pvc cables

when installing through drilled brickwork.

The supplementary bonding conductor should be run to the lighting cpc connection, no need to go all the way back to the board

Regarding sealant, as long as it it waterproof, I think you can chose whatever you fancy!

Local supplementary equipotential bonding complying with Regulation 547-03 shall be provided connecting together the terminal of the protective conductor of each circuit supplying Class I and Class II equipment in zones 1, 2 or 3, and extraneous-conductive-parts in these zones....
