Bosch AllFloor vacuum cleaner rear wheels

The two small wheels at the rear of the cleaner are clogged up with dust etc.
These seem to be held on to the bottom plate with four screws (?) for which I have no tool that fits (internal hexagon nut with centre pin ?). Is this a special tool for the machine or available
elsewhere.

It sounds like you need a tamperproof hexagon bit.....Toolstation for around a fiver have a full set by Draper, 1/4”drive.

Note that none of these are "quality" as some sellers are claiming - but will be good enough for your requiremnts.
