BOSCH classixx 100 express tripping out

I have this washing machine as above....
Keeps tripping the electrics on the normal wash cycle. Fills up no problem, empty's, all spins are no problem-just on the wash programme.
Help..........

Try disconnecting & insulating the wires to the heating element. If it works ok on a cool wash the element may be faulty
