Bosch Classixx Dishwasher

When the machine has finished its cycle not all the water has been pumped out. Is this a blockage I can clear with soda cyrstals etc or is it a problem with the pump or programme.
Has anyone got any suggestions

I have EXACTLY the same problem with my Bosch Logixx d/w - a couple of inches of water left in the bottom at the end of the cycle.

Would love to get an answer also!
