Bosch Classixx Washing Machine - URGENT PLEASE

Hi

Our Bosch Classixx has suddenly stopped working. Its taking in and draining water but wont turn on the wash or spin cycle.

I can turn the drum by hand and there is no noise.

Can anyone suggest anything.

Please help. I have 3 young children and need my washing machine urgently.

If the belt has not come off then you will find there is a problem with the motor brushes. Quite a cheap repair if you know what you are doing as the brushes are readily available.

I have exactly the same problem - anyone help a (keen) novice as to how to replace them?
