bosch disherwasher door latch

i have a bosch disher washer sgv53eob/50 and door latch is stuck door wont close I have removed door panel and can now see door latch .Latch is cliped into door no secrews How do i remove it

when I had this, the hook in the door was in the "hooked up" position. That's why the door wouldn't shuit, the latch was in the way.

While operating the door-release handle, I pulled the hook into the "door open" position.

No need to take the door panel off.

the door latch is jamed in up positon I can not get it down something inside latch is stuck

i have got door latch pushed back Do i need to put oil or wd 40 so it will not happen again

probably not

you can verify that it moves freely and engages correctly with the plate in the door (not loose, bent, out of place)
