Bosch Dishwasher NOT filling w/water

Hi I am trying to figure out why this dishwasher is not filling with water.
It is a Bosch SHU3322UC. The water valve was replaced before I got
there (old one still on countertop). I have checked that power is getting
to the water valve and that the filters are not clogged. Also the water line
is flowing good.

Any ideas where to look now? Also any ideas where to find a repair book?
