Bosch Dishwasher SGS59a22gb/17 Problem

Hi

A couple of problems with the dishwasher,

1. Start a program the detergent door is opened but powder inside is not dispersed, there is nothing obstructing the arms and water seems to be good pressure.

2. Program goes all the way through but at the end it sticks on one minute and pump appear to continue draining, the only way is to reset. The dishes are not clean, there is still soap in the dispenser.

Any ideas.

Are the spray arms actually rotating

Check for rubbish in the spray arm holes and then put them in lined up front to rear
run machine for a short time do the arms move

During a program does the water heat up

Is water still in the base of the machine at the 1 minute to go point.

Spray Arms are rotating and are clean, water is hot and a small amount of water under the filters
