Bosch dishwasher SHU43C06UC /17 no water!!

when i turn the dish washer on, i get the time counter and it goes down like it's working. and the washer makes noise. like a pump or something.. how ever i do not get any water. and the tap is turned on. their are no kinks. i cant figure it out.. i cleaned the filter inside the dishwasher where the water drains.

can anyone help?

I am not familiar with this brand, however, if you are getting power to the water valve and are not getting any water filled inside the dishwasher that to me would indicate a problem with valve itself. Maybe the filter screen inside the valve has sediment in it blocking the water blocking the water from flowing. Just shut down the water to the dishwasher and remove the line to the valve to see if there is blockage.
