If it's stuck on drain you have a leak into the base.
As to the no heat, check the pcb on the front panel, dry joint on one of the components or burnt out circuit board.

I have the same problem with my integrated unit. Someone (Bosch Engineer) on the Forum had said it might be either the faulty pump or the Control Module.
Do you know where the control module is and if it is easy to replace, without having to call an engineer.
