The soap dispenser is a plastic holder fitted to the inside of the stainless steel door liner, it has a sliding door which retains the soap block and opens at the right time in the cycle, the sliding door on ours wont stay closed while you close the machine door, sometimes you have to fiddle with it for a good few minutes to get it to stay closed, I assume it's probably worn, the machines about 5 years old.
Anyone got any quick fixes?
Is it an easy part to change?
I guess you have to remove the door liner and unscrew the plastic soap holder from behind because there arnt any fixings showing on the visible side, where would I get one of those from, assuming it's worn or broke?
