Bosch Excell Max Dishwasher

Dishwasher acting strangely. Hadn't been washing well for a few days. When on Autoclean wash (55-65 deg) display usually starts at 130. Now when countdown gets to 100 - jumps back to 199 - therefore God knows how many hours later programme finishes. Have tried re-set buttons, checked obvious things - water coming in OK - electricity supply OK. HELP!!!

I also have a Bosch Excell Maxx dishwasher which no matter what programme you use starts a programe then for no reason mid cycle or at the end adds on anther cycle which is even longer than the first... I don't think it ever gets hot either. If I manually stop the cycle at the end it seems to be still washing in cold water.. it never drys... could it be the element?
