Bosch Exxcel 1400 never stops running

Hi folks.

My Bosch Exxcel 1400 has developed a fault. If I put it on a wash cycle it never finishes, literally it ran for 3 hours! It will get down to 1 minute on the display but never gets to zero. I have also seen it add extra minutes on midway through a program

I can switch it to the spin program and it will drain and spin fine, the door unlocks fine too. There are no error codes.

The code on the inside of the door is: E-Nr. WAE28465GB/03 FD 8705 601311. I forget when we bought it but I think it was about 5 years ago

Any ideas?

Classic heater problem, the pcb doesn't get a signal that the water has reached temp therefore it washes into infinity. Check the heater element & NTC.
