I hope someone can help. Somehow the lock mechanism on our dishwasher has got into the locked position with the door open. This means that I can't close the door anymore.
I looked online and the fix seemed simple, so I took the front cover off the machine (with the electricity turned off) and then unscrewed the top housing (with the buttons etc) to access the lock.
However, the lock is still inaccessible within the metal frame, and to make things worse a plastic piece with a small spring fell out, and i've got no idea where it connects!!
The more I do, the worse it gets.
Can anyone help?
