bosch exxell fridge freezer

Hi i have had a bosch fridge freezer now for about 3 months now,
but recently its started to make a terrible sqeeling noise from the fan,
how do i get to the fan to either repair or replace as i cant see it either from the back, the fridge, or freezer.

If you have had a "new" F/F for 3 months claim a warranty. If it is out of warranty post the model details.
To find the manufacturers nameplate remove the vegetable trays in the fridge. Locate the nameplate sticker & post the E-number here.

all ok now, found out were the fan is? it was a build up of ice around the fan
causing the problem, soon as i defrosted it, all workes fine.

is it a "frost-free" freezer?

not to sure. but now i must take appart again as fan not working ?
