I have a 3 year old Bosch washing machine that uses I-DOS to dispense liquid detergent and conditioner. In December it stopped dispensing conditioner despite me cleaning out the draw and twin pumps. Bosch service said the conditioner pump was weak and changed it.
In January the conditioner stopped being dispensed again after a couple of weeks. When the Bosch serviceman put the washing machine in test mode it started to work again but the Bosch man still cleaned the pump and told me to dilute the conditioner. He also posted me a new draw and another pair of new pumps, which are on a single module, as it stopped working again when the top up light came on two weeks later.
Today I fitted the new draw and twin pumps, which failed to dispense any conditioner at all.
What else could it be?
