I need to replace a fridge, it is under a worktop with a wood door screwed on the front.

Is this known as an integrated appliance, and is a Bosch KUR15A40 suitable for this purpose.

Ie can the wooden doorfront be attached to this fridge.

That model is indeed an integrated appliance & should come with a fitting kit to allow the fitting of a door. The only thing you should check is that as it is intended for under work surface fitting, would it be ok to fit in a lardr unit , should you require it to do so.
