Bosch Logixx Dishwahsewr Water Pump Issue

Hi,

I have a Bosch Logixx reporting E25 which appears to be the waste water pump is blocked. We've cleaned the filters but the manual suggests the pump cover can be removed by using a spoon to 'unclick' a part of the cover and then lift it out. Unfortunately the pump area in my machine has no such area when a spoon can be located and a 'tab' be released upwards.

It is model SMS69L02GB - can anyone advise how I get the pump cover off?

Many Thanks - have got the machine running again after freeing the impeller by fingers ! Altho not sure I've got the cover securely back in place but the filters seem designed to keep it there anyway?
