cant speak for your specific m/c but the conditioner is usually taken in by a 2nd cold fill valve (but both physically joined) so assuming your m/c rinces (it uses cold) this would indicate the cold fill valve, or its connections are at fault
you can check the resistance of each coil with a meter, or you can swop the leads over to see what happens, but only do this with the m/c UN PLUGGED
