I would like to finally find out the reasons for which a 6 months old BOSCH WFL 1601 would be making wholes into a brand new T-shorts, Jackets and Jeans. And don't ask me for the labels on the clothes please (i'm talking about good oldschool quality JEANS ;).
I can't feel anything through the holes and I've been trying to get it fixed whith the warranty still valid and two of the technicians that came are saying that the holes aren't and couldn't be caused by the wash machine (they say that if it was the wash machine they would find something pokeing through the whole and nothing else could cause such hole). So I would like to ask if there is any probebility for anything else that could cause this problem. I'm running out of patience with these guys and BOSCH too.

Thanx for your help and sorry for the bad english.

Can't think why this should happen. But if you are sure and it happens every time get the guys back. Lend them a T shirt and wash their shirts for them and give them back. If they have holes in them and they still can't figure it out, demand a replacement machine.

Thank you for your quick reply,
I would like to inform you that I called a third technician from Bosch who found a fault in the drum. Maybe a tip how he found it would help you giving advice in the future. He put a piece o silon stockings on his hand and moved it gently over the surface of the drum. When the fine tissue of the silon stockings moved over a faulty surface its tissues got pinched by the irregularity so he could detect the fault in the drum.
I wish you a lot of success hopefully you keep up the good work in helping people not running mad of despair.

with regards,

Robert
