Hi, I have a bosch washer that wont spin or agitate. Have been told it is probably bushes. Have taken top of cabinet off but cant locate them! Has anyone ideas?

This is my first ever post on a site that I get tons of hints from so here is my experience. Our Bosch (make not really relevant) did this. Does it appear that the electronics are trying to work through the cycle and the pump has emptied the drum?. Try to locate a narrow hose that registers the level of the water in the drum. If that is blocked with scale etc then the programme doesn't know when it's empty & ready to spin. It should be held vertically within the casing. Clean it out, hey presto...or not but worth a try before a call out charge.
