Bosch Maxx 5 not rinsing

Machine washes and spins ok but will not complete the program. It does not rinse and shows "End" on the digital display but the rinse light is still showing.
Linen is still warm and unrinsed.
Tried different programs but same result.
It will rinse with the Rinse/Refresh program.
